On September 27, 2026, the second annual Grassland Music Festival brought neighbours, families, and friends together at Sien Lok Park in Calgary’s Chinatown for an afternoon of live music and cultural performances.
Co-hosted by the Multicultural Bridge Society of Alberta and the Calgary Chinese Dongbei Association, the festival gave local performers a chance to share their talents in an outdoor setting. After the performances, guests stayed for a community barbecue and spent time catching up with friends and meeting new neighbours.
